Welcome to LyricMasher! By downloading, accessing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using LyricMasher (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LyricMasher. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including the name, logo and design remain the property of Atonic Music. Users retain all rights to their original user data content.

4. License to Use 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LyricMasher for personal and commercial use.

“Commercial use” refers solely to the use, distribution, performance, or sale of content created using the app.

This license does not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, sub-license, sell, or otherwise exploit the LyricMasher application, its code, or any included assets.

5. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use the app for illegal activities, infringe on others' rights, or reverse-engineer the app.

6. System Source Pools
William Shakespeare Sonnets, and poetry of Emily Dickinson, Edgar Allan Poe and Lady Mary Wroth are public domain and free to use in any personal or commercial activity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
LyricMasher is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the App for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Province of Alberta, Canada.
